Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your session with Käzmik Koya. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our appointment policies below: 1. **Booking Confirmation**: - All appointments must be booked and confirmed in advance. You will receive an email confirmation upon scheduling your session. 2. **Cancellation Policy**: - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. - For cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment a fee equal to 50% of the session price will be charged. 3. **Late Arrivals**: - If you are late to your appointment, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other clients. 4. **No-Show Policy**: - Failure to attend the appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the session price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these policies, which allow us to serve all clients efficiently and fairly.
